The Law Office of Goranson, Parker & Bella is located in downtown Toledo, Ohio.  The firm was formed in 2002 when Roger and Jim Goranson joined Johna Bella and Chris Parker.  Roger and Jim had practiced with their father, Henry, for 16 and 14 years respectively.  Henry was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1940 and practiced until his retirement from the profession in 1992.  Johna and Chris practiced for 15 and 18 years respectively with David M. Schnorf in the Law Offices of Schnorf & Schnorf, a firm originally started by David's father, Brandon Schnorf, Sr.  Gretchen, Roger's daughter and Jim's niece, joined the firm in 2003, continuing the Goranson family commitment to the legal profession.   The members of Goranson, Parker & Bella treat each client need with the care and loyalty that one would expect from family.

The firm lost Jim to cancer in June, 2010.  Jim's smile, his sense of humor and his professionalism are missed.
